I'm a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer based in Cape Town, South Africa. With over 15 years of marketing experience, I tailor my strategies to suit each property, ensuring personalised attention from start to finish. I’m passionate about transformation and making a difference in the lives of my clients and the communities I serve. When I’m not selling property, I help bring Home, Health, and Happiness to social pensioners through a non-profit organisation called NOAH (Neighbourhood Old Age Homes) and advocate for vulnerable children through Resilient Kids SA, which works to empower and equip community based organisations and individuals who take care of children, particularly in disadvantaged areas.
My business, Jacqui Setoaba Real Estate (Pty) Ltd, is a level 1 B-BBEE accredited contributor which works with the broader KW brand to leave a legacy of caring for my clients and the communities in which I operate.
